Cancellation / Refund Policy

Cancellations have to be made in writing (letter, fax or email).

Administrative costs (25%) will be charged for cancellations of registrations before the 1 st of May 2012.
Thereafter, 75% of the registration fee will be invoiced. In this case the book of abstracts will be sent to the registered person. Alternatively you may send a replacement person at no extra cost (please advise indicating the person name).
