Registration Forms and Fees

The registration of delegates for the ICDS12 and for the pre-conference events (Course and Workshop) can be done online by completing the form below. For the purpose, you must indicate your registration option in the areas for each event. The delegates intending to submit a paper should also complete the registration form by indicating the authors and titles of the paper to submit to the secretariat. The first author of papers, in  compliance with age and other specific conditions for awards, must explicitly state his/her consent in being considered for the awards and, in this case, the additional information regarding the birth date must be indicated.

The first author of papers and the students can benefit from reduced registration fees. Please note that all registrations done after 15 April 2012 will have an increased fee. OC recommends all participants to submit their registration before this deadline.

Only the authors of papers dully registered and with the corresponding payment settled before 15 April 2012 will be included in the conference programme and their extended abstract will be included in the CD-Rom proceedings.

The participant’s registration fee in the ICDS12 includes: admission to the technical program, a participants’ package’ with the detailed programme and a CD-Rom with the full set of extended abstracts and papers, as well as the certificate of participation. Lunches, refreshments during coffee break and welcoming reception are also included.

The Conference dinner is not included in the registration fee and will have an additional  cost of 40€ per person.

The participant’s registration fee in the Course includes: admission to the technical programme, a CD-Rom with technical documentation, a certificate of participation and lunch.

The participants in the DURATINET Workshop will also receive a CD-Rom with DURATINET TECHNICAL GUIDE and other information about all the technical reports produced by the network.

*It is necessary to present a valid student card or equivalent. This fee is only for undergraduate students.
** The limit number of registrations in the course is 70.

Cancellation and Refunds
Administrative costs (25%) will be charged for cancellation of registrations before the 1st of May 2012.

Thereafter, 75% of the registration fees will be invoiced. In this case, the book of abstracts will be sent to the registered person. Alternatively, a replacement person can be sent at no extra cost (please indicate his/her name).
Cancellations must be submitted in writing (letter, fax or email).
