Programme

 

The ICDS12 technical sessions will be organised into the following themes:  

  • Materials durability

  • Inspection and testing techniques

  • Repairing

  • Management and maintenance of structures

  • Sustainable construction

  • Case studies

Each session will begin with a keynote addressed by an invited speaker followed by oral presentations selected from the Extended Abstracts submitted. Each session will conclude with a discussion period to provide the opportunity for delegates to present their own viewpoints. Depending on the number of contributions, parallel technical sessions may be organised. Poster sessions will also be organized on the same themes.

The OC of ICDS12 also intends to organize a Technical Demonstration Session (TDS) to give the opportunity to the industry of construction of presenting new developments on innovative building materials repair or protection systems and testing .
